Description
The C1997J is a high-performance CMOS static RAM that is used as the electronic component of the IC Chip product category. It is organized as 32,768 words by 8 bits, and it is designed to be easy to expand its memory. An active LOW Chip Enable (CE), an active LOW Output Enable (OE) and three-state drivers assist in this memory expansion.
The device is equipped with an automatic power-down feature that reduces power consumption by 81% when it is deselected. It is available in standard 300-mil-wide DIP, SOJ, and LCC packages.Specifications and features
