Description
The 74HCT123D SOP3.9 is an IC chip belonging to the high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and is compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) devices. The chip is dual retriggerable monostable multivibrators with output pulse width control by three methods. It is specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A.
