The AS-007 is an IC chip designed for automotive electronics applications. It is a multi-touch capacitive touchscreen and touchpad controller with a 32-bit ARM Cortex CPU. It is register configurable and features noise suppression technologies for display and EMI. It has on-chip 10-V TX supply for higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and external display synchronization. The device is also equipped with water rejection and wet finger tracking, large object rejection, automatic baseline tracking to environmental changes, low-power look-for-touch mode, and field upgrades via bootloader. Android driver support is also available. It offers system performance features such as screen sizes up to 10.1-inch diagonal, up to 65 sense pins, and reports up to 10 fingers. It also has a refresh rate up to 80 Hz that can be configurable, and fast first-touch response. Power supply ranges from 1.71-V to 5.5-V for digital and I/O supply and 2.60-V to 5.5-V for analog supply. The AS-007 offers I2C and SPI interface options and comes in a 100-pin TQFP package.
