The CY7C0852V-150BBC is a Low-Power CMOS dual-port static RAM available in 64K x 8/ 128K x 8/ 64K x 9/ 128K x 9 organizations. It is used as 8/9-bit dual-port static RAM, and multiple devices can be combined to create a 16/18-bit or wider master/slave dual-port static RAM. It has various arbitration schemes to handle and resolve conflicts when multiple processors access the same data.
