Description
2CP5-002 is a CMOS Low Dropout Linear Regulator in a SOT-23 package. This electronic component offers 250mA maximum output current with 120mV and 380mV dropout voltage at 100mA and 200mA levels, respectively. With ±2% output accuracy, it consumes only 2µA current and provides short-circuit protection. It comes in both 3-lead SOT-23 (150mW) and 3-lead SOT-89 (500mW) to handle different voltage and current levels. The 2CP5-002 is built with CMOS and laser trimming technologies, which offer high accuracy and low power consumption. Additionally, the transient response to load variations has improved in comparison to the existing series.
