The DAC08RC is an 8-bit monolithic digital-to-analog converter and belongs to the DAC08 series. It is widely used in integrated circuit (IC) chips and is known for its high-speed performance, low power consumption, and cost-effectiveness. With its advanced circuit design, it achieves a settling time of 85 ns and has low glitch energies. The reference current range for the DAC08RC model is 20-to-1, which results in a monotonic multiplying performance. It has matching accuracy of 1 least significant bit (LSB) between reference and full-scale currents, which eliminates the need for full-scale trimming in most applications. The high swing and adjustable threshold logic input provides direct interface to all popular logic families with full noise immunity.
