Description
The CY7C09189-7AC is a high-speed CMOS dual-port static RAM. It provides independent, asynchronous access to memory for reads and writes at any location. It is equipped with various arbitration schemes to handle multiple processors accessing the same piece of data. This RAM is available in 68-pin PLCC, 64-pin, and 80-pin TQFP packaging options, and is functionally equivalent to the IDT7006/IDT7016 models.
