The 93C46AG is a low-voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) used in various nonvolatile memory applications. These devices are manufactured by Microchip Technology Inc. and are available in different packages, including 8-lead PDIP and SOIC, 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-23, 8-lead 2x3 DFN/TDFN and 8-lead TSSOP. The devices are made using Advanced CMOS Technology that makes them highly suitable for low power consumption applications.
