The 2560TKAT-87.5M is an IC chipset under the ISD2500 Chip Corder® series, a single-chip Record/Playback solution for messaging applications that last from 32 to 120 seconds. The device consists of an on-chip oscillator, microphone preamplifier, automatic gain control, antialiasing filter, smoothing filter, speaker amplifier, and high-density multi-level storage array. With ISD's patented multilevel storage technology, voice and audio signals are stored directly into memory. The messages are retained in on-chip non-volatile memory cells, ensuring zero-power message storage. The device provides a high-quality, solid-state voice reproduction. The ISD2500 is also compatible with microcontrollers, enabling complex messaging and addressing to be achieved.
