Description

The ACA2407S7PO is a monolithic GaAs RF amplifier, which is linear and optimized for low distortion and noise figure. This amplifier is designed to replace standard CATV hybrid amplifiers in new designs and is offered in a convenient surface mount package. It consists of two pairs of parallel amplifiers that provide a hybrid equivalent, which guarantees flat gain response and excellent input and output return loss, over the 40 to 870 MHz CATV downstream band when cascaded between two appropriate transmission line baluns. ACA2407S7PO offers very low DC power consumption and is a low-cost alternative to hybrids that meets Cenelec standards.
