Description
The CY7C3751-100AC is a first-in first-out (FIFO) memory that belongs to the electronic component category of IC chips. This memory comes with 4096 words by 9 bits wide. It offers full and empty flags to prevent overrun and underrun, and three additional pins are also provided to facilitate unlimited expansion in width, depth, or both. The depth expansion technique steers the control signals from one device to another in parallel, thereby eliminating the serial addition of propagation delays to ensure that throughput is not reduced. Each FIFO memory is organized such that the data is read in the same sequential order that it was written.
