The CY74FCT163952APVC is an 18-bit universal bus transceiver that can be operated in transparent, latched, or clock modes. It is a low power, pin-compatible replacement for ABT functions with FCT-E speed at 3.8 ns. The device has power-off disable outputs that permit live insertion and an edge-rate control circuitry that significantly improves noise characteristics.
