- 24-channel direct memory access (DMA) with multilayer AHB[1] bus access
- Low voltage, ultra-low-power with 0.5 V to 5.5 V operating voltage range
- Versatile I/O system with 28 to 72 I/Os and any GPIO to any digital or analog peripheral routability
- Digital peripherals with up to four 16-bit configurable timer, counter, and PWM blocks, and a library of standard and advanced peripherals
- Analog peripherals with a configurable delta-sigma ADC with 8 to 12-bit resolution, up to four 8-bit, 8-Msps IDACs or 1-Msps VDACs, four comparators, and up to four configurable multifunction analog blocks
- Precision, programmable clocking with internal PLL clock generation and 32.768 kHz watch crystal oscillator
- –40 °C to +85 °C degrees industrial temperature and 48-pin SSOP, 48-pin QFN, 68-pin QFN, and 100-pin TQFP package options
