Description
The 300HS-121K is a 3-phase MOSFET bridge with drivers in an isolated hermetic package. This electronic component is ideal for use in 3-phase brushed DC servo control, fin actuator control, gimbal control, 3-phase AC induction motor control, HVAC blower control, and other applications. The hybrid provides 10 amps of output current and 75 volts of DC bus voltage. It offers a range of protective features, including cross-conduction control and undervoltage lockout protection of the bias voltage. The MSK 4300 bridge may also be shut down via the enable control and has user programmable dead-time control for shoot-through elimination. The MOSFETs' thermal conductivity is optimized due to the electrically isolated package design, allowing direct heat sinking of the device without insulators.
