Description
This Electronic Component Model, CD54HCT112F, is a Zener Voltage Regulator series that is MIL-PRF-19500/356 qualified and is suitable for high-reliability applications. These Zener Voltage Regulators have a hermetically sealed voidless-glass construction using an internal metallurgical bond, making them highly reliable and failure-resistant. They come in Zener selections from 3.3 to 390 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters. They are also available in surface-mount packages, and Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power ratings in both thru-hole and surface mount packages.
