Description
The AME8819BEFT250Z is a CMOS linear regulator belonging to the IC chips product category. It operates with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and delivers a maximum output current of 600mA. This electronic component provides low quiescent current (70uA typ) and low dropout voltage (Vout=3.3V, 540mV @ 600mA typ), making it ideal for data-communications and battery applications. Additionally, it exhibits excellent PSRR. It is over temperature and over current protected and is stable with an output capacitance of 2.2uF or larger.
