The 88E1011-AR-RCJ is a Gigabit Ethernet over copper transceiver developed by Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. It is part of the Alaska family of transceivers, which are known for being small in size, high in performance, and low in power consumption. The 88E1011-AR-RCJ is optimized for the mobile computing market and is capable of performing all physical layer functions for 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T full or half-duplex Ethernet on Category 5 twisted pair cable, as well as 10BASE-T full or half-duplex Ethernet on CAT 3, 4, and 5 cable. It is also equipped with an integrated 1.25 GHz Serializer/Deserializer (SERDES) and supports GMII, TBI, RTBI, RGMII, and SGMII interfaces.
