Description
The AAT4614IGV-2-T1 is an electronic component belonging to the category of IC chips. It is a current-limited P-channel MOSFET power switch used for high-side load-switching applications in PCMCIA GSM/GPRS/3G modem cards. Along with a super capacitor, it ensures that the power ratings of the PCMCIA host are not exceeded at any time. It can program two independent current limits and a power loop to charge the super capacitor without exceeding PCMCIA specifications. The device has a VIN range of 3.0V to 5.5V and a low quiescent current of 40µA typical and 1.0µA Max with switch-off.
