The CAT24WC256P is a 256K-bit Serial CMOS EEPROM IC chip that stores digital information by using electric signals. It's internally organized as 32,768 words of 8 bits each, which means it can store up to 256 kilobits of data. Catalyst's advanced CMOS technology has significantly reduced the device power requirements. This device is widely used in various commercial, industrial and automotive applications.

- Provides 100-year data retention;
- Available in 8-pin DIP or 8-pin SOIC Package;
