Description
BCM5325MA3KQM is a high-performance five-port 10/100 Ethernet switch device that offers the highest level of silicon integration available in the market. It is a fourth-generation switch on a chip that integrates five transceivers, six media access controllers, and a non-blocking switch fabric. Additionally, it provides packet classification 802.1p QoS priority queues, port-based VLAN, and MII or 7-wire interface that supports an additional 100FX or 100TX connection enabling a sixth user connection or uplink. Other features include flow control, automatic address learning and aging, internal oscillator circuit, and low-cost MIB Autocast TM function. The device is available in a 128-pin PQFP package with hardware support for Simple Network Management protocol, Remote Network Monitoring, and Spanning Tree.
