Electronic Component Model 28F128J3AM is a high-density symmetrically-blocked architecture memory chip, containing 128-Mbit, 64-Mbit, or 32-Mbit devices that can be accessed as 8- or 16-bit words. The memory chip is designed for 2.7-3.6V VCC operation, and is characterized by 110/25 ns, 120/25 ns and 150/25 ns read access times, with flexible block locking and block erase/program lockout during power transitions, 32-byte write buffer, and a 128-bit protection register with multiple uses such as unique flash device identification and user programmable OTP cells.
