The CX24153-15AZ is an octal buffer and line driver designed for use as a memory address and clock driver, as well as a bus-oriented transmitter or receiver. It is a low voltage (2.5V or 3.3V) IC chip that can interface with a 5V signal environment. The device utilizes CMOS technology to achieve high speed operation while maintaining low power dissipation.
