The 2A0565 is a 650V/800V avalanche rugged CoolMOS™ that requires only a few external components. It has an input Vcc Undervoltage Lockout and a 67kHz/100kHz switching frequency, with a maximum duty cycle of 72%. The device has a low Power Standby Mode to meet European Commission Requirements, thermal shutdown with Auto Restart, and overload and Open Loop Protection. The 2A0565 also has adjustable Peak Current Limitation via an external resistor, an overall tolerance of Current Limiting < ±5%, internal Leading Edge Blanking, and user-defined Soft Start. Additionally, it features soft driving for low EMI.
