The CX86500-67 is a modem device set for embedded applications that supports modulations up to V.92 and various protocols, as well as V.44/V.42bis/MNP 5 data compression and V.42 LAPM/MNP2-4 error correction for increased data integrity and reliability. It also includes features such as Call Waiting detection, Caller ID decoding, and a Serial DTE interface. The CX86500-67 is suitable for a range of applications, including set top boxes, point-of-sale terminals, ATM machines, metering terminals, video game consoles, and internet appliances.
