ATF-53189-BLKG is a single-voltage high linearity, low noise E-pHEMT FET that comes in a low-cost surface mount SOT89 package. Avago Technologies has designed it for medium-power amplifiers, with its operating frequency range extending from 50 MHz to 6 GHz. The device is suitable for a wide range of applications such as Cellular/PCS, WCDMA wireless infrastructure, WLAN, WLL, and MMDS.
