Description
The CY7C269-40WC is a high-performance CMOS PROM available in three different types: CY7C261, CY7C263, and CY7C264. It has a memory capacity of 8192-word by 8-bit and follows byte-wide intelligent programming algorithms. The memory cells use proven EPROM floating-gate technology which makes it reprogrammable.
