Description
The APW7137BI-TRL is a type of fixed switching frequency current-mode step-up regulator with a built-in N-channel MOSFET. This regulator allows the usage of small inductors and output capacitors for portable devices, with a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V. Its current-mode control allows for fast transient response and good output voltage accuracy. The device is designed with under-voltage lockout, current limit, and over-temperature shutdown preventing damage in case of output overload.
