Description
The MAX325EPA is a precision, dual, SPST analog switch designed for electronic devices that require low power consumption. The switch operates on a single-supply voltage range of +2.7V to +16V, making it an ideal component for battery-powered equipment. The device features low leakage currents of 100pA maximum and fast switching speeds of tON = 150ns maximum and tOFF = 100ns maximum. It also has one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) switch.
