Description
The AMS1117CD-5.0 is a linear voltage regulator belonging to the AMS1117 series. It is designed to provide an output current of 800mA and can operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The device has a maximum dropout voltage of 1.3V at maximum output current which decreases at lower load currents.
