Description
The ULN2003ADG is a high-voltage, high-current darlington sink driver, which is categorized as a Transistors (BJT) - Array electronic component. It consists of seven NPN darlington pairs and is designed for applications such as relay, hammer, lamp, and display (LED) drivers. The ULN2003ADG features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and can handle an output current of up to 500mA. It has a high sustaining voltage output of at least 50V. The ULN2003ADG comes in two package types: DIP-16pin and SOP-16pin.
