The AUXNS03090S is a dual, synchronous step-down switching regulator controller designed for driving external N-channel power MOSFETs. It features the Adaptive PowerTM output stage which selectively drives two N-channel MOSFETs at frequencies up to 400kHz, reducing switching losses and maintaining high efficiencies at low output currents.Specifications and features
