The RQ5RW19BA-TR is a high precision voltage regulator IC from the Rx5RW Series developed by a CMOS-based manufacturing process. The IC has multiple components, including a driver transistor, voltage reference unit, error amplifier, resistors for setting output voltage, and a current limit circuit. It is designed to provide a fixed and accurate output voltage with ultra-low supply current consumption. The IC also features a chip enable function, allowing the circuit to lower supply current while on standby mode and protects the device from short circuiting.
