    The R3111x series is a CMOS-based voltage detector IC, specifically designed for system reset applications. It features high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current consumption. This IC is capable of operating at extremely low voltages and does not require any adjustment to set the detector threshold, as it is fixed internally. The IC consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for threshold setting, an output driver, and a hysteresis circuit. It is available in three output types: Nch open drain "L" type, Nch open drain "H" type, and CMOS type. The R3111x series can be operated at a lower voltage compared to similar models (Rx5VL series) and is suitable for single battery-driven applications. It is available in six different packages: TO-92, SOT-89, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, and SON1612-6.
