Description
The R1170H151B-T1-FE is a positive voltage regulator IC that belongs to the R1170 Series. It is manufactured using the CMOS process and has a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistor net, a current limit circuit, a chip enable circuit, and a thermal-shunt circuit on its mainboard. It has high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, a high output voltage accuracy, and a low consumption current. The R1170H151B-T1-FE is a compact size regulator suitable for various power sources for portable appliances. The ICs come in SOT-89-5 packages or HSON6, which allows for high-density mounting on boards.
