The BAG-CM1213A-04MR is a derivative of the STMicroelectronics ST10 family of 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. It is a 16-bit CPU with DSP functions and features a 31.25ns instruction cycle time at a maximum CPU clock of 64MHz. The BAG-CM1213A-04MR also has a 256 Kbyte Flash memory and a 2 Kbyte internal RAM. It has up to 111 general purpose I/O lines and supports idle, power down, and stand-by modes. This electronic component model is widely used in various applications.
