Description
The ADS62PF49IRGC is a high-performance 14-bit 125 MSPS quad channel A-D converter. It is part of the ADS644X family, which includes the ADS6445, ADS6444, ADS6443, and ADS6442 models. These converters offer serial LVDS data outputs, reducing the number of interface lines and allowing for high system integration density. The device features a 3.5dB coarse gain option for improved SFDR performance and fine gain options programmable in 1dB steps up to 6dB. The output interface is 2-wire, enabling lower data rates and easier receiver design. In addition, the ADS62PF49IRGC includes traditional 1-wire interface support for lower sampling frequencies. The device also features an internal phase lock loop (PLL) for clock multiplication and LVDS output buffers with programmable features to enhance signal integrity.
