Description
The ZHT431C01L is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator that offers excellent temperature stability and has a maximum output current handling capability of 100mA. It has an extended operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The output voltage of the ZHT431C01L can be set to any desired value between 2.5 and 20 volts by using two external divider resistors.
