Description
The HGTG40N60C3D is a MOS gated high voltage switching device that combines the best features of a MOSFET and a bipolar transistor. This electronic component is part of the UFS Series N-Channel IGBT and has a rated current of 75A and a rated voltage of 600V. It has a high input impedance similar to a MOSFET and a low on-state conduction loss like a bipolar transistor. Additionally, the on-state voltage drop only varies moderately between 25oC and 150oC.
