Description
The PP-017 is a QuikPAC™ RF power module designed for use in the output stage of linear RF power amplifiers for cellular base stations. It features an impedance matched Class AB amplifier stage and is fabricated using Xemod's advanced design LDMOS process. The gate terminal is directly connected to the control voltage pin, allowing for direct control of the bias. The user can set the desired quiescent current by supplying the proper value of VGS.
