Description
The 54HC74F3A is a high-speed CMOS dual D-type flop with preset and clear. It is manufactured using silicon gate C2MOS technology, which combines the high-speed performance of LSTTL with low power consumption. The Q output is transferred from the D input during the positive transition of the clock pulse. The clear and preset functions are independent of the clock and can be controlled with a low signal on the appropriate input. This model is equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
