Description
The TLV2302IP is a special purpose amplifier in the electronic component category. It is a higher performance alternative to the TLC27x series of op-amps. With a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7V, it is suitable for extended industrial temperature range applications that require rail-to-rail output swing. This device offers a 2-MHz bandwidth with a supply current of only 550μA. It is fully specified for 5V and ±5V supplies, with a maximum recommended supply voltage of 16V. The TLV2302IP can be operated from a variety of rechargeable cells, making it an attractive option for battery-powered applications. Its 2.7-V operation also makes it compatible with Li-Ion powered systems and micro-power microcontrollers. The device is available in SOIC packaging, with the TLV271 also available in the SOT25 package. It comes in two temperature grades: C grade for 0 to +70°C operating and I grade for -40°C to +125°C operating.
