The MIC5213-2.8YC5TR is a linear voltage regulator from the MIC5213 series which provides a regulated output voltage of 2.8V and a maximum output current of 80mA. The regulator is housed in an ultra-small Teeny™ SC-70 package which has a smaller footprint than the standard SOT-23 package. It features low dropout voltage, low ground current, 3% initial accuracy, and a logic-compatible enable input.
