The LX5122CDB is a next-generation Plug and Play UltraMAXTM terminator designed for SCSI termination applications. It utilizes a low-voltage BiCMOS architecture for superior performance compared to older passive and active techniques. The LX5122CDB employs high-speed adaptive elements for each channel, ensuring the fastest response possible. Its channel bandwidth is typically 35MHz, outperforming older linear regulator approaches limited to the 500KHz bandwidth region. This terminator is approved for use with SCSI-1, -2, -3, ULTRA, and beyond, making it the highest performance alternative available today.
