Alpha’s ceramic Chip on Board (COB) mixer quads, model 46-102 RED, are specially designed for high-performance RF and microwave receiver applications. These quads utilize Alpha’s advanced silicon beamless Schottky technology and precision ceramic COB assembly techniques to ensure exceptional device reliability in commercial applications. With the use of via hole technology, the 106 package offers performance up to 10 GHz, eliminating the need for wire bonds to topside contacts and featuring metalized contacts on the bottom side.
