The SP1674BKP is an electronic component model of IC Chips category, which belongs to the SPx74B series. It is a 12-bit successive-approximation A/D converter that integrates various other features like clock, tri-state output latches, sample-hold and an internal reference in a single die. It is highly versatile as it supports full Nyquist Sampling at all sampling rates, and users can choose from various sampling rates such as 40kHz, 66kHz, 100kHz or 125kHz as per their requirements. The device is an enhanced version having monolithic 12-bit A/D converters that feature low power dissipation (110 mW) and 12-bit linearity over temperature. It is applicable for various temperature ranges, like commercial, industrial, and military. Additionally, it is also a drop-in replacement for older types such as 574A, 674A, 1674A, 774A type devices.
