Description
The L6920DCTR is a high efficiency monolithic step up switching converter IC specifically designed for battery powered applications. It features an adjustable output voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, with fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5V. The IC also includes a low battery voltage detection and reverse battery protection. With a switching frequency of up to 1MHz and a minimum input current limit of 550mA, the L6920DCTR provides efficient and reliable power conversion.
