Description
The RT8068AZSP is a high efficiency synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter designed for various applications. It has an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can provide an adjustable regulated output voltage from 0.6V to VIN. With a maximum output current of 3A, it delivers reliable power to electronic devices. The RT8068AZSP features internal synchronous low on resistance power switches, eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode. Its fixed switching frequency of 1MHz ensures consistent performance. The converter operates at 100% duty cycle, resulting in low dropout and extending battery life in portable systems. Thanks to its current mode operation with internal compensation, the RT8068AZSP provides optimized transient response over a wide range of loads and output capacitors. This model is available in WDFN-10L 3x3 and SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) packages.
