Electronic Component Model: PMB6744F is a Bluetooth transceiver designed for the 2.4 GHz ISM Band (RF range 2378-2497 MHz). It is part of a complete Infineon Bluetooth chipset solution and offers outstanding RF performance with best-in-class sensitivity and blocking. The transceiver features low current consumption and does not require external IF filters or RF filters. It is built using B6HFC BiCMOS technology with a 25 GHz ft. The PMB6744F comes in a small outline P-TSSOP-38 package (PMB 6625) or a very small VQFN 40 package (PMB6627). It utilizes a low-IF receiver topology solution, eliminating the need for IF SAW-filter or RF ceramic filter. The transceiver includes a 2.5 GHz RF power amplifier with adjustable output power using an external resistor.
