Electronic Component Model: WM1697G is a high-performance, low-power Atmel®AVR® 8-bit Microcontroller. It features an advanced RISC architecture with 131 powerful instructions, most of which can be executed in a single clock cycle. The microcontroller operates fully statically and can achieve up to 1 MIPS throughput per MHz. It also has on-chip 2-cycle multiplier and offers 8/16Kbytes of in-system programmable program memory flash. The endurance of the flash memory is 10,000 write/erase cycles and it is protected by lock bits. Additionally, it has optional 2/4Kbytes boot code section with independent lock bits and supports in-system programming by on-chip boot program. The microcontroller has true read-while-write operation and includes 512 Bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM with a four bytes page size. It has 256/1024 Bytes Internal SRAM and supports on-chip debug with debugWIRE.
