Description

The MIC5167YML is a special purpose voltage regulator component. It is designed for high-speed bus termination and provides a low-cost solution for terminating high-speed, low-voltage digital buses such as DDR, DDR2, DDR3, SCSI, GTL, SSTL, HSTL, LV-TTL, Rambus, LV-PECL, LV-ECL, and more. The MIC5167YML controls two external N-Channel MOSFETs to form two separate regulators, switching between the high-side and low-side MOSFETs depending on the current being sourced to or sunk by the regulator.
